Considering (a1a2), (a3a4) as the composite keys in the last example... shouldn't the answer be 2^(n-2) - 2^(n-4) ?? Like if we take a1a2 -> x and a3a4 -> y, then we are left with only n-2 elements; now the question is similar to the first one with n-2 keys only... Correct me if I am wrong.

Sir in last example if a1a2,a3a4 are working as as a composite then there will be n/2 element na. So i think there should be pow(2,n/2-2)+pow(2,n/2-2)-pow(2,n/2-4) Am in right?
