The main source of pollution to Wular is Jehlum river. Jehlum river carries all the wastes from Srinagar city and other surrounding areas and deposits it in Wular.

Pazalpora check post( 3kms from bandipora main town/hq) is just 5 kms away from my house, astonished to know that it used to be a customs post, Also the kishanganga power project is 330MW , which is also 5 kms from main town bandipora, but it is across the mountain so it has its reservoir on the other side of the mountain (which is in gurez valley) Also Razdhan top is a place which lies in center of Gurez And Bandipora near about 12,000ft above sea level. It's situated 40km's from Bandipora and 46km's from Gurez Valley.Remains Closed for near about 6_Months due to accumulation of snow.p Authwatoo tourist place. Ajas conservation reserve
