Thank you @Hamza Fiaz for pointing out the typo mistake. It should be -(delY)^2 or -0.0625 on right hand side of every equation (instead of -1) from this point onwards as delY=0.25 due to four equal division considered along y direction of the sectional view of the rectangular geometry.
