My grandma cooks this dinner every 3 days! Recipe for juicy meatballs that melt in your mouth! Delicious dinner from the simplest products in a pan 💯 Incredibly delicious recipe from my grandma! The recipe for tasty chops with potatoes and vegetables is so popular with the whole family that they ask me to cook it every 3 days! Grandma loves to cook this delicious family meal when we come to gosi. Cook with joy! Cook with love!
▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:
500 grams of minced meat
1 egg
Salt, black pepper, ground coriander
mix well
Wet your hands with water and form a small piece of ground beef into a small oblong shape
1 onion
Stew in vegetable oil
1 large carrot
1 pepper
2 tablespoons satsebelli sauce (can be substituted with any tomato sauce)
salt, pepper, oregano
~ Simmer for 3-5 minutes
5-6 medium-sized potatoes
~ +/- 300ml water
salt to taste
simmer under a lid on medium/low flame ~35 minutes
2 cloves of garlic
simmer for another 5 minutes
dill, parsley
A quick one-pan dinner is ready!

The ingredients all pair well with each other and it appears to be flavorful. However, I would not add raw garlic at the end, it must be sautéed earlier in the recipe. Secondly I would fry the meat first (not steam it), take it out of the pan and set aside, then sauté potatoes and other veggies. Add meat back in pan at the end.
