Yes, that's true, but by extending the cooking shot, instead of abbreviating it, I feel part of it. I know that sounds corny, but it puts me right there with the cook, what he or she is seeing. As a cook myself, I appreciate that. I've made this recipe essentially with slight differences. I don't have an immersion blender. I use a whisk. Granted, it takes some arm strength to whisk for 40 minutes, but I kind of enjoy that.

Finally a recipe with 2 ingredients is actually just 2 ingredients I saw a video where she melted the chocolate in the microwave stirred and melted the rest and stirred til completely melted then added it to the other ingredients, Boil the milk then add it to the melted chocolate and blend that would be easier

Meine Mousse ist deutlich einfacher und schneller fertig und dabei superlecker. 200 g Schokolade schmelzen, von 500 g Sahne 200 g in die geschmolzene Schokolade rühren. Die restlichen 300 g Sahne steif schlagen und mit dem Schneebesen unter die Schokoladensahne heben. Wenn die Mousse etwas gekühlt ist, kann man sogar mit einem Löffel Nocken abstechen
