700 g pork loin.
Cut 8 meat steaks.
Welcome to our channel!
Cover with cling film and soak.
Salt, black pepper, nutmeg.
Distribute the spices evenly.

Place the steaks on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Spread with sauce.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Lay out the steaks.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
5 tablespoons olive oil.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
2 teaspoons thyme.
5 cloves of garlic.
1 sprig of rosemary.
900 g small new potatoes.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cover with baking paper.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
100g cheese.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
After 30 minutes, open the potatoes and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
