Today we again prepared my grandfather's favorite recipe, which everyone liked. My grandfather's quick, easy and incredibly tasty recipe will please everyone. Preparation and ingredients:
1 kg minced meat.
Grate 2 medium-sized potatoes.
Squeeze the juice from the potatoes and add to the minced meat.
Grate 2 onions.
Grate 2 carrots.
1 pepper.
do you like peppers
chop parsley
2 eggs.
salt, black pepper, paprika.
Cut 3 onions.
Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Create the shapes as shown in the video.
Make patterns with a sushi stick.
1/2 Chinese cabbage.
And now let's prepare a delicious summer salad.
1 yellow tomato.
1 cucumber.
4-5 cherry tomatoes.

Followed exactly the recipe. It was moist and good but…. However one needs to add more flavor- more paprika, meat spice. For the onions, I would soak in soy sauce and grated garlic for 30 minutes. Then I would cook the onion sauce with onions from the meat and then blend and use that sauce for the kebabs.
