Mila I can help, hi I am only 13 but I had one of them. First you should have a power pack or something that came with this frame if not it will just be a plug into the wall sort of deal let me know if you have any problems and I will be happy to help. Also I really admire people like you because being a disabled person myself I know how hard it can be on the parents.
