I had a unit but it didn't have a harddisk. Can you guide me from where can I get an image of the harddisk

it looks like a highly customized ITX board that comes with vendor-specific connectors. The hdd in my 640Zi was dead, I planned to take this chance to upgrade the mobo and cpu, but the connector to the data acquisition module is proprietary. So my conclusion is that, if you dont want to do a huge project, the best outcome would be a cpu upgrade(to e8400, q9300,etc) and a ssd replacement.

you cannot replace that motherboard the PCI100 is custom made for lecroy. the motherboard is made by BCM but is customized
