The numerator of each partner is their capital and then, add all their capital, yan ang denominator. Example A- 20,000 B- 50,000 Their capital ratio is A- 20,000/70,000 or 2/7 B- 50,000/70,000 or 5/7

Good day po Sir, I'm just curious po, what if the partnership merong bayarin sa isang partner, you need to exercise po ba ang right of offset or icconsider na siya as Liability if Solvent naman yung partner or walang capital deficiency?
