according to carbon 14 unstable state transfer to nitrogen 14, then after 5800 years carbon 14 is half because of change into nitrogen 14,so every peridoic elments are half after certain periods or only carbon element? if carbon element,why is it?

C14 is unstable that why change to N14 for stabilty. There is changes in concetration of radioactive isotopes. Normal isotopes are stable.
