I was going through the comments. Some people said its too fast, some complaints about the accent, I even read asking why are you in IIT?. I have personally learned this in IIT. Please don't compare these videos with beautifully presented new HD shot videos. I learned this course in 2008 and this might be recorded far before it. Some guys are saying it's outdated. is there any change in these thermal equations? It's not a Bollywood film. Please respect these professors.

If you search their website you will find they have a pdf for each lecture, along with the pictures he used in the video, in the pdf. They should include that in their description.

I've gone through the first 3 lectures and this is a very good series of lectures, that I assume is more geared toward the designer. Still, the technician and the designer have to work hand in hand so, whatever helps both of them understand the systems better, the more effective they'll be at their jobs. My biggest problem with these vids is finding the time to watch them all ;)

words are coming too fast & continuous to recognise who is not that much good at English cannot catch much from the lecture It should had been little slow. Many times words were mixed .Since it was the first lecture it should have been Slow and categories should had been seperate of Refrigerantion and Air condioning, it was mixing up So for the beginners it was difficult to catch up the mixed demonstration. It should have been like "firstly selection of one like Refrigeration and explained it till last & Then after Air conditioning till last " The mixing up was the only major problem that I faced

sir, in the jacob perkins vapour compression refrigeration why do we use compresser.the evaporated ether should be taken out and we have to inject fresh ether why do we increase the pressure in the compressor and reduce the pressure in the expansion valve
@airtel1730
@airtel1730 8 жыл бұрын
WE use " COMPRESSOR " because its increase pressure of ether . so , by increasing pressure of ether its able to move towards the condenser for condese ...... if i am wrong please correct me .....

By compression the temperature of the vapour increase so the temperature difference between the vapour and environment is more which results in higher heat transfer
