Why is the emmisive power on earth's surface directly proportional to the square of the ratio of radius/distance?

Because of inverse square law which can be roughly stated as intensity is inversely proportional to distance squared.

sir wien's law in metre and distance bw sun to earth in km. you didnt changed the sign. is that just a mistake or right method?

it doesn't matter since the dimensions(radius and distance) are in ratio it will cancel out.

I think their units are not same so we cant directly compare them, also since we are taking the eb(lamda) for lamda max that's why the value is coming so high
