Hi Web3 Foundation team, find this lecture very helpful in helping me understanding blockchain. I notice that Gav often speak about the ability of polkadot to run business logic unbounded by smart-contracts and executable without Gas, I’m just curious on how Polkadot parachains are able to do this knowing that Gas is needed to prevent an unwanted code execution (like the infinite loop example explained in the video). Would really appreciate your answer. Thanks guys
