Sir at 30:18 how to calculate distance x as shear force is 0 so there is one equation but 2 unkown (x and P) how two find another equation.. please help two solve this. Thank-you

hello @AnkitKapil, as told for the first case the eqn wil be Ra-3*x*x/2 =0 put Ra values in terms of P so by solving this we get a eqn containing x and P variable.......NOW write x in terms of P and Calculate BM at x distance in terms of force P Then put the value in max bending moment equation with only P as a variable and solve for P which will be a real number. Now as you have written x in terms of P.........Put the value of P in eqn and u will get ur x value too.

sfd of first example is wrong as shit...eq for v is 3x-(7.5+p/5)...at very beginning the slope is wrong...
