This method is not yielding right results....i tried several problems of Gonzalez and woods by this method but results were always wrong... For thinning and thickening

Please check which structuring element they are taking. Depending on the structuring element, the results will vary.

Problem is that we should not change the border pixels when the origin is at center, change only if there is complete match
