hi when adding amountit shows 4928004 in total and 2464002value in first row however total shows 4928004 I'm unable to proceed further since this is causing Hassle please help

Hello, I noticed you're experiencing a similar issue to one I encountered before. To address this, follow these steps: 1. Open Power Query Editor by navigating to HOME and selecting Transform. 2. Locate the GL account and click on it. 3. At the bottom of the page, you'll find an option that says "Column profiling based on top 1000 rows." Change this to "Entire Sheet." 4. Click on the "Detail" column. Note that the "Valid" percentage in the "Amount" column changed from 100% to 99%. 5. Look for the prompt that says "This list is incomplete." Click on "Load more." You'll notice a null value in the list. 6. Uncheck the (Null) value and click "OK." 7. You'll be prompted to refresh the data. Click on that prompt, or refresh manually. its because in the GL dataset its totaled at the bottom and you need to get rid of that on the excel file and then start again
