Sir , when there is a circuit is given and we have to draw the graph ,, is there any specific way to give the branch the direction .. or it is just assumed

It's just assumed if not given. Generally current direction is taken if known.

Normally entered currents to node were taken negative, but entered currents to node in cutset method were taken positive. I am confused. there is a contradiction. please can you explain the reason

In cut-set, you just follow the direction of current in involved twig(tree branch) for a cut as postitive

No, such assumptions.. It depends upon the direction of current in twig involved in making a particular cut

Cut set mein cut aisa lena hai jo graph ko 2 part mein divide kare aur ek hi tree branch ko cut kare. Tree branch ka direction hi cut ka direction hoga

[B] represent tie set marix or cut set matrix at the time 19:20 you say [B] is cut set matrix and at that time you study the application of tie set matrix . so please clear it.

Why should we only cut at node 3,2,4

Because these nodes contain only one tree branch. Node one is having two. Condition for cut set is one tree branch(twig) and remaining links.
