Got a question though, any answer will be greatly appreciated :) In the case of two different dielectric materials, how would you write the second boundary condition? Will the difference be only when calculating Beta or in the equation of the condition itself? 8:56 Thanks in advance!

Thanks for watching. To answer you question, Tangential E-field is still continuous. The propagation constants are not.

Professor Nagel could you recommend some text books which cover mode matching. I have only found a few which discuss it: "Waveguide Components for Antenna Feed Systems: Theory and CAD" by Uher and "Microwave Engineering" by Pozar. Do you know of any others that maybe cover coaxial line discontinuities?
