Dr.Mark Richards, Prof. U>C>Berkley, has a youtube video in which he discusses the KT boundary dispute (between the Deccan traps proponents and the Chicxulub proponents). Dr.Richards proposes a merger of the 2 theories. If you're interested it's a great lecture.
