In SIP everything is going via SIP trunk, You create a SIP trunk and Route pattern which is routing towards Unity connection so that it creates a connection between CUCM and CUC. In SCCP, you are creating connection via ports

I have 2 queries - How to reset voice mail password for particular user ? And how assign voice mail to particular user, as if we received the request from user. Thank you!

1. you can login to unity and search for that user and then you can reset the password by going into edit option. 2. You need to add the extension or number for that particular user in unity and give him the VM profile on CUCM so that calls can go to VM if unanswered.
