I understand what you are saying. If you were God , you would zap Israel because of her sins . Let me ask you this question: the hatred of the institutional church towards Israel for almost 2000 years manifested in pogroms , burning synagogues and finally holocaust by Hitler ( which was the culmination of the antysemityzm going on for almost 2000 years by the church) Would you zap the church for these sins against Israel ? The sin of „murdering” Israel which was placed in the church’s heart ? Please read the book of Michael Brown ( a messianic Jew) titled: Our hands are stained with blood „ Read the letters of the church fathers , Luther’s writings for more proof Yes Israel has sinned And so has the church
