how does the metal solidify from core to periferry it should solidify from outer part to core as a result higher percentage of nickel should present at peripherry wrt core

These cored things are dendrites and not the entire body as you are assuming and mind it dendrites starts forming at every possible locations within the entire body... Rest you can understand I presume.
