Sir, mere bhai aur maa ko jaan se maar dala doctoro ne mai kya karu mera pura ghar khali ho gaya 11/5/2021ko bhai ko 15/5/21ko maa ko maar dala yeh kya ho raha hai.india me samajh me nahi aata hospital jaane aadmi ke pran bachte ki jaate mujh se consent paper per signature karwya kaise investigation ho. Sab mleye hui hai.un doctor ko kaise punishment mile. Rasta bataye.

You should file a case if you think so. But i think doctors do their best in treating a patient and relatives of the patients being unaware of the knowledge the doctors have, held them reslonsible for the wrong treatment given in the hospitals. But if a doctor is truly negligent he/she must be punished.

This bolam test has its own problem-if a person siting reputed hospital and charge a premium for that and the patient pays that or another condition as one doctor having extra medical facilities (supporting system in terms of machines) and charge/not charge extra for that or another situation where a person boast of his qualification from either premium indian or reputed institution or can be young doctor compared with experienced doctor or another condition -what can be reasonable at one period of time is completely different at different era-all are put in same basket.
