What is happening when a wave strikes the metal? and why it is reflecting back to the same medium (because of skin effect and all of these cool stuff as you said n_0= infinity and K_0 =infinity)?.. Please explain prof.

My question is why EM energy going to zero if it has infinite loss? and why it is turned back to the same medium from where it is coming in?

Sorry, How do you get n_0 < 0 (i.e. Negative Refractive Index) ? The PPT show n_0 < 1.

@@empossible1577 Hello，professor ，Do you know how to fit Drude model in Gaussian units？ for example, the PRL paper:"Optical Properties of c-Axis Oriented Superconducting MgB2 Films" . To be honst, I want try to fit the figure 3 from that paper, but I find I cant get correct reslut.
