janab e wala. wisdom to jurisprudence hua na. islam me aqeeda bi hai orr wisdom bi. ijtihaad kya hai. fiqh kya hai. ye wisdom hua na. for example Eid ke qurbani cow, camel, sheep, goat pr hoti hai. so what about buffalo. buffalo ka zikr nahi aaya. tu fiqh orr wisdom/jurisprudence se hmmy pta chlta hai. ke wo animals jo joghali krty hai. ya jin ke mun me jaag bnta hai. us pe qurbani kr skty hai.

You can't use other father name except biological father gives. Because This Is biological father Rights. Islamic Hadit says that if Your Father death and some one adopt you but You can't use adop father name as Your Father Name section. 1908 Law is Bullshit. A child Was Born Then After few days His Father death. Then Someone Start living on That Child Property. After 18 years later That child will be able to Stand For Rights. But That law says that you can't because Time is over. That low is Bullshit. Bangladesh Ministry of Land want Change That Law and If someone even Try to Living other Property without His Permission That man will punished by Law. But I don't know why That Law subsistence today.
