I like the acronym "Can't let good skin burn." I was an esthetician briefly many moons ago. Marie's book did not describe the life span of the skin cell. I think it helps to understand the layers by knowing their age and function on the way 'up' from the epidermis. I still did not get a great grade on my lab quiz so what do I know. Maybe I did not learn the right way many years ago though too. YES Tapotement!!!

Dermis is connective tissue, not epithelial tissue. I think you asked "what kind of epithelium is the dermis?" at the beginning of the lecture at 00:37

Amouagist I caught that too. You’re right, he should have said connective tissue.

He said connective .first he was asking and let them guess what is the correct answer and last when he reached to the connective tissue he then proceeded further.listen it again..😊👍
