32 doesn't need a preposition. The correct sentence is; English is spoken all over the world. "By" agr hum lagatay hain we need a doer after it.

It’s a passive voice sentence therefore by will be used And here the doer is the world which means the people of all the world speak English.

Therefore it is as Urdu may u kehna ki "Enlish saari dunya may "k zariay" boli jaati hai" 😂 Haan if there had been no "ALL OVER " Pher aapki daleel would have been authentic.
