Phenomenal literally means perceived by the senses... Noumenal means that which exists independently of human senses or perceptions... Is lye Phenomenal world kaha jata hai. Aur ye baat thek hai k sensible objects in the phenomenal world are mere copies/ subcopies or shadows of Original Ideas.... In Platonic thought, idea is an eternally existing pattern of which individual things in any class are imperfect copies.
