Sir at 8:50 isn't it X2' instead of X2 So is it X1=X2'=X01/2 ? Thank you

I have taken X2 instead of x2’ to avoid confusion while deriving. X2’ is taken as equal to X1 in practice.

Sir please for the blocked rotor test, by reducing the frequency, won't the value of reactance both at the stator and rotor be reduced accordingly since, X=2*pi*f*l.. if no, can you please explain?
