Hello sir, My question is - why shape of aluminium disc in over current relays is not completely spiral it is having sharp ends ?

Sir this is 67 protection which you explain but I have seen there is 67N also and both are use with together in industrial applications. So can you make vedios for 67N.

Sir, In one of my site, Relay tripped with directional earth fault, in that time our fault currents are, Ir: 717A

Sir @13.40 , @ 14.10 u hv given examples where the current is lagging by 30° , 60° respectively, but here the power flow is IN POSITIVE DIRECTION as during REVERSE POWER FLOW the phase current is supposed to lead the phase voltage , so why does the relay is operating in this cases(as directional relay is meant for preventing reverse power flow only)?

@@pikuroy3084 Sir said that, we use a stopper to prevent from reverse direction. Thereby we can achieve that

sir why cant we use non dirwctional relays every where....why use directional relay when its cost is more..anyway non directional relay operatre for any fault in any direction

Sir @15.42 u hv mentioned that 30° connection is good for fault p.f less than 60° , but my question is --- during fault the effect of line inductance become predominant & fault current lag voltage by almost 90°, so how come fault p.f less than 60° is possible?

Feeder is not highly inductive load .. because it has resistive part is very high such a way it is designed
