why to make independent of frequency ?? what is the need for this?? in moving iron

If the vtg having instantaneous valu of ( 150sin(wt+π/3)) if it apply across the inductance then during calculation of peak current what peak valu we should have to consider. Either (150) or at instant of (π/3) respective peak valu.
