nice video i have some drivers around 12W 13W 18W and 20W they give 300V DC open circuit on multi-meter without mcpcb are they goood or bad please give some good driver output voltage can we check them live test with multi-meter without mcpcb? because if we test a bad driver with good mcpcb it will burn them !
