I Had 5 led bulb all led sheets is ok. I had check it by replacement them with ok circuit board.now I finallized that problem is in the circuit board only.so I had replaced one by one component with ok circuit. I had changed all capacitors,of, except transformer and coil.but still there is out put voltage 40 volt dc, which is same for ok bulb of Ujwala 9watt, 18 led bulb. Please guide me for further testing.i had 5 bulb of same fault of same co. Voltage is reached 30 to 40 gradually.but not full led is on

भाई साहब कैपेसिटर का कैपिटेंस माईक्रो फेरड मे नापा जाता है, इसलिए कैपेसिटर के उपर "uf" नही micro ferade लिखा होता है। आगे से ध्यान रखे।
