Did exactly the same, but get error when build in stmcube ide. no declarations matches void Screenview :: function1() same for function2 also. Anything that could possibily be done incorrectly by me. Any ideas .Thanks.

Thanks Pravin. I remarked off the function 1 and 2 . I am able to load the screen on to the discovery board. So it's something to do with the virtual function not being called. at your video 5.0 min do you launch stm32cube ide , it is from within the folder side? I am still learning the intricacies of stm32cube ide. Thanks
