Thank you on their behalf. These young musicians are the very best from more than 200 locations around the world, but none of them are older than 18. They go through three levels of audition, learn their parts on their own, get together for two days of group rehearsal and then go out on the road. By the time they reach this level they're basically seasoned pros. By the way the audition process _always_ includes a Led Zeppelin song. They are one of the foundational elements of the School of Rock.
