Most fun I've had on a multiball. The magic spinner when working properly is actually pretty awesome and adds a lot to the skill ceiling. Easily the best music pin in Stern's lineup in terms of gameplay. IM is a damn close second and if I didn't love Zeppelin so much would have probably gone with that.

I played every new release and re release and this is easily one of the top 3. It's fun to play and the open playfield is refreshing compared to all the other ones clustered with things they don't need. The design ia simple yet addictive. I suggest you find a local pinball arcade and try this out because you will love it.

Yeah, cause it's one less coil Stern has to pay for and they can just cover it in the code to save it from the shooter lane. It's like Stern put as little in this as possible to see if people would still buy it. Great band but shit pin unfortunately. 🤷‍♂😥

Ritchie design, nuff said; preternatural understanding of speed, flow and angles. Very interesting, instead of a bash toy hidden its a spinner magnet lock. Always love a good upper flipper side shot ramp.

The most over rated pinball designer ever. Mark Ritchie has designed better machines...... every designer left at Stern beats this machine in gameplay. It is so sad that the Led Zeppelin project was done by Richie. His time was 30-40 years ago. Today he is outdated and a very mediocre designer.

Led Zeppelin is a dream theme for me! Some of my favorite music that I listen to on a regular basis. Normally I don't get to critical or analytical of artwork on a pinball machine. But the artwork on all three models is a major disappointment. It just looks slapped on with no cohesiveness. Look at the band's pictures on the playfield, the inserts make Page and Jones look like a Unicorn. Too bad Led Zeppelin would not allow some more freedom and have an artist do the whole pinball machine mostly hand drawn. Something like Metallica or Aerosmith, it doesn't have to be cartoonish per say, but hand drawn. I would have liked to see Page's double neck guitar implemented. Maybe a double neck guitar ramp. Or maybe something with Page's acoustic guitar implemented. Some tribute to Bonham's drum set. The spinner/magnet that raises from the playfield could have been a drum set. I expect the modder's will be making some instruments to put on the play field. That will help a bit. I have never bought a NIB pinball machine, this would have been the first. But I would have to strip the whole artwork and do some hand drawn custom job. Or hire a professional artist to do a custom art playfield. And strip the cabinet, as I would not want the Album cover for the cabinet art.

2:35 SMH they used the same Icarus plastic for a generic 3 pop bumper arrangement despite it being right next to the Icarus jump toy. There are 4 members with the band with super iconic logos, that could make an interesting 4 pop bumper area, but that's asking too much out of Stern's minimal BOM dogma. There is nothing in the design of this play field that relates to the band or it's music. Clearly Steve designs a banal whitewood, and then marketing team tells him how to paint it afterwards.

Sure there will be critics of this game, you can hear the boo birds already BUT...you have to applaud Stern for making so many titles for us to choose from in such short time windows. They also seem to be striving for innovation in their games with every launch (ramps and mechs) Even if you aren't a Zeppelin fan, you have this game as a choice. I personally like the art work that isn't so busy. It doesn't look like a clown puked on it. Wishing Stern continued success! Thanks for all you are doing!

What you applaud is what I loathe. They should take more time, being these are obviously rushed with little care on much any level. There is NO innovation that I can see. Take Pinbot for instance from the 1980’s...there is NOTHING even close to the ingenuity on anything Stern, especially these days. They get bulk parts, and recycle them onto a different playfield. You know the Ring Master in Cirqus Voltaire? It’s an elevator, bash toy etc...there is some ingenuity...in this game they put a cheap “on/off” spinner switch on the top of an elevator. Cheap, boring, with no soul. To each their own....pins are very subjective...Stern as per myself os the KMart of pins...and they keep getting worse. Remember them leaving parts off of Stranger Things to up-sale? Even on the Premium and LE? I sure don’t...that was the most conniving thing I’ve ever seen in pinball

Pinball playfield design of the 1970's..... compared to e.g. Iron Maiden....buhhh This could have been something BIGGGG, anticipated by so many but a bit bland all in all. Guys... “sigh”. What is this? This pin looks like it was made in the mid-90’s sitting next to an Austin Powers pin. I’m sure Steve Ritchie worked hard on this, but the artwork is atrocious and the playfield is boring. Led Zeppelin is arguably the greatest band of all time, and this is how they’re honored? This just looks like a giant cash grab. It’s pins like these that remind me why competition, like Jersey Jack, is good for the market.

Lol. Stern puts out over 3 titles oer year and Avengers this year was a huge hit. Jjp puts out 1 game per year if they are lucky. Gnr is pretty but its very boring. I wouldnt get one

Overly bright color mixed playfield is not a match for Zeppelin's musical intensity. They should have toned it down a bit to pair better with the outside cabinet Zep 1 album cover artwork. its almost like two schizophrenic game juxpositioned together. Glad they finally did a Zep machine, but the downside is there is now much less chance of doing it right.

I saw they made a Zeppelin pin and I was so excited then I saw this and boy what a let down. Such a boring design and looks like no thought was put into the gameplay. For a huge Zeppelin fan like me, this sucks. GnR is 1000 times better than this, that machine has spunk and personality. Feel bad for all the hardcore Zeppelin fans. This license wasn't done justice at all. I own an LE KISS and that game is more exciting than this and it came out 5 years ago. Stern is just becoming worse and worse. Pumping out machines with zero thought. Take a break, take more time in designing and thinking out proper machines. Just a generic machine with a slapped Zeppelin sticker on for a quick cash grab.

Pretty weak pinball theme and design. Stern should have taken notes from The Who's Tommy by Data East. Phenomenal gameplay, theme, and soundtrack. Led Zeppelin is one of the greatest rock bands ever. Their rich catalog of songs are filled with great themes and imagery that could have easily gone into this machine. And yet, this machine barely even celebrates Led Zeppelin as a band.
