It doesn't sound underwater because it's not the same mix; you know that. The others are taking the raw thing and working magic to get everything else out. This is just a creative remix of the (imo, superior) trailer cut that's missing some of the oomph.

It is copyrighted song, you won't be able to monetize your video. But I don't think your video will be taken down or removed. Just everything goes to the music holders.

@@armado9721 Still copyright, KZbin has a system in place to detect any music owned by copyright holders. At most you MIGHT be able to not get a claim if you use 5-10 seconds, but eventually it will get claimed anyway. There really isn't a way around it honestly, fair use when it comes to music is a tough one to prove. You can try it if you want though. If you aren't monetizing the video anyway, I wouldn't worry too much though.
