My name is Ewan Cunningham, I'm from Falkirk, Scotland. I'm an 19 year old, self taught musician. I started playing drums at the age of 4 and I'm now a multi-instrumentalist playing drums, guitar, bass, keyboards and vocals. I've been teaching myself to mix, record, film, edit and produce music since I was 10 years old and this is my passion.
This is a drum cover of "Rock And Roll" by Led Zeppelin from their 1971 album "Led Zeppelin IV".
There is no workout quite like the John Bonham workout. I don't often play Zeppelin songs on the drums and in fact this was only my third take at ever playing this song. Every time I play a Led Zeppelin song I realize how good John Bonham was.
This cover first got taken down so I had to edit in a slightly different version of the song hence why the drums might go out of time ever so slightly.
This video was shot in 4K with a GoPro Hero 4 Black Edition and Panasonic Lumix G7.

@@AlexSlavenDrums if that was the actual track he was so tight with it I couldn't hear the original drums. Though he didn't do the ghost notes on the snare during the groove (verse) part of the song like Bonham did. The end was pretty spot on too.

Hi Ewan. I am sitting here at 6:40 am just wandering around youtube and came across these drum covers. I am a drummer as well and even though this is a fairly straight forward type of song to play, and I've seen some other comments referring to this as well... your timing is spot on my friend and some else mentioned that you make it look effortless.
