Thanks! The MIDI definitely raises in tempo steadily throughout, I placed the markers myself. Maybe it's slightly below the intended BPM, but there's definitely changes at the appropriate spots. I'm also not sure what's wrong with the chords during the solo - it sounds pretty accurate to my ears, though maybe the original transcriber made some mistakes.
