if I replace the wine with water in your recipe, I only need 56.52 g of caustic soda. Could you please share how you calculate the amount of extra caustic soda to add?

If only wine is changed to water, the weight of caustic soda don’t need to be changed.
 The weight of the caustic soda changes only when the base oil configuration changes. However, when calculating the amount of caustic soda, there may be a difference in how much discount is made. This is a personal preference of the soaper making it. If you calculated 56.52g, you can make it as is.
