I have the same issue. What a shitty product. Who wants to store keys worth thousands of dollars or more on a device, that does not even boot?

Ya no doubt i got same problem.. never had this one before.. but my ledger always resets itself lol garbage product.. Its all about the TREZOR.. its open source.. however its not as compatible with the alt coins .. always a head ache with something..

Mine does the exact same thing. Just opened it out of the box and it's frozen like this.

Leave it on a charger and let it go to 100%. Then everything should work fine.
