She has a passion for water. Lee-Ann was born and grew up in Eldorado Park. She holds a Bsc in Natural Sciences, a BsC honours in Zoology, and a PhD in Environmental management.

“Turning Point” is a bi-annual event, that’s all about continuously raising awareness, energy and expectations levels of the youth and community in Eldorado Park. 2019 is the second year of activating change by role models that are “gebore and gemeng in Eldos”.
The event on Saturday, 09th March was themed Leadership. In which three expert speakers, in the areas of Youth Business Leadership(Dr. Keishia Mohamed Padayachee), Youth Development Solutions (Shakes Dlutu), Environmental Management(Dr. Lee-Ann Moodley) share successes, failures and a message that will inspire others to reach out beyond their current circumstances.
