I sincerely appreciate your making your music available to us. One thing that impresses me very much is that, in an age where most banjo players play everything at ultra-fast speed, you get beautifully expressive music that's often played at much lesser speed. I love the sound of it. Thank you again.

I love the sound of a slow banjo. I try to make my playing slow too, but im still in need of making it sound great ;-)

Dear Dwight, it’s been too long, maybe 28 years. Hope this finds you well. wishing you and yours good health and good times this coming new year. Just watched you play ‘Calloway’ again … reminding me of the week I spent under your guidance with Bob Thornburg in the High Sierra, sometime in the 90s. Your teaching has staying power and is with me daily. Writing to say thank you for adding value to life. Peace & Love, Don McCartney ❤
