Honestly the pictures are so important even for you! I remember making my collage of photos for my high school graduation and not really having anything for 7th to 10th grade. It might not have been my best years but only having a few Christmas pictures is quite sad. I can't really see how I grew up because I didn't like taking pictures and now my parents also don't have those. It made me think of what if I left them first and they don't have much to remember me by. It might seem a bit dark but you never know what will happen so you should just take those pictures

Lying down and/or sleeping after eating will slow down digestion and nutrient absorption. It can give you stomach aches and upset your acidity level but also make you gain weight faster. The sleeping after eating thing, as someone who has done it, it's cause the laying position makes the food on your stomach sideways, so digestion gets difficult. You can get a looot more gassy, have reflux and even your digestion could get slower if you do it regularly

Eating and falling asleep can cause some problems. Mostly you just gain weight. Sumo wrestlers do this. Also your food doesn’t digest properly and you can get acid reflux which can damage your throat. After eating they recommend a slow light walk to help digest the food properly.
