It's normal for any person to watch what he/she eats before a show or major performance as the stage lights are not kind to a person's looks and the camera really adds pounds to the body. But he looks like he does eat normally on other times. But yes, I really hope he takes better care of his body as he has injured himself before and has disc issues. I was cringing so hard during the floor section of this choreo. Praying that he won't attempt those backflips or stunts that he used to do when he was younger. Minhyuk is also in pain, he just pushes through the pain to give a even better performance. Minhyuk had knee surgery once or twice and his back isn’t in the best condition either but that won’t stop him. Sometimes he worries me that he’s over doing it since he could get seriously hurt

@@dmgallego2701 those bruises are nothing compared to the floor section of this choreo - I also tend to bruise easily when doing dances which involve rolling on the floor. But for this teaser choreo, the point where he dropped to the floor till the point where he got back up on his feet is very demanding on his knees and back if he mistimed it. I pray and trust that he knows how to manage his body.

He can limbo as low as 50 cm (in star king show) and jump as high as 2m75 (dream team). His running time for 60m race was 6:40s while the world record for 60m is 6:35. Agree. Even as someone who dances (only) as a hobby I can relate to the time, effort, pain and errors it takes to be good. As one of my former instructors once said - dancers are not born. You have to work hard to be good 😄

How not to fall for Minhyuk? He is amazingly talented (at singing, rapping, dancing, acting...) He’s a wonderful, kind-hearted, humble person. He works very hard but always finds time to share with melody. He looks extremely handsome no matter how much he weighs and if he has makeup on or not. He is always nice to everyone (staff members, other idols...) This list could go on forever... 💙 Minhyuk, you did awesome in Kingdom (also our precious Eunkwang, Changsub and Peniel). Remember to get enough rest, stay happy and healthy and not to push yourself too hard. Love ya!

He did get injured, he had bruises all over his body but that didn’t stop him

He actually got bruises and burns on his shoulder and knees 😢 He also didn't get enough sleep. He lost some weight, too. U should check out beatcom to see BTOB's practice. U may like it even better than the actual perf. Minhyuk did many good stunts: cartwheel, high jump, etc
