He is not overrated, he created rockers music early 1970s which change the course of reggae music, produce music for many artist, his mixing of music inspired DJ's to chat on his riddims which inspired RAP MUSIC TODAY

bob marley's best work was with scratch in my opinion. chris blackwell took nearly all of the soul out of the wailers.
