Knew a guy in HS looked just like Lee. Same sweetness. Had that genetic short stature with full muscles. Also knew those few dudes who had veins and strength from birth. Everyone else was screwed on the gym thing. My issue was an eating disorder that left me emaciated and weak at around 170 and 6ft2in. Started training at age 21 and couldn’t even lift the bar. Forced myself to eat and saw results; and was up to 195. Got gear at 25. Got up to 220. Looked normal because of my height. Gear flow was never steady or affordable thank god. Almost drank myself to death by age 37. Got sober, stopped the gym and all supps. Body weight normalized at about 204 and still have kind of athletic look. Watch what eat to keep waist ok. Walk/jog little bit. It’s all mental. Once old age hits there isn’t anything in heaven or earth to stop that hurricane my friends.

If you yourself were to workout for the next 5 years straight, consistently with a consistent PERFECT diet plan with no drugs whatsoever, you'd be pretty damn huge and lean. But that's if you put in the time and didn't even miss a single week at most. Would you be willing to put that much effort in? Probably not that's why you'll never look like them. @@wearetheremnants1615 Wrong. If you actually did some research, you'd find that top Mr Olympias for example actually didn't use that much. Your body still has limits even if you were to push the drugs. Lee has no reason to lie but there are a few pics that I have to say he was on some sort of gear. At 3:19 come on. At 10:05. 11:50. Dude is a freak no doubt but I can’t go along with natural in those pics. Some sort of gear had to be taken by that point. No one gets shoulder boulders and striations like that natural. No one.

I'm also pretty skeptical but with Lee i always want to give him the benefit of the doubt... if he is full of shit about when he started gear and the tiny doses he took then i would be pretty disappointed in him... maybe he just wants to remember his younger days more positively than the drug and politics ruined 2nd part of his career. The only other athlete that looked like Lee at such a young age that i can think of is Mike Tyson, but then i always thought they were probably giving him steroids as in the early 80's they weren't even illegal really. Mike was jacked at age 13 and similar to Lee. Victor Richards as well maybe.

@@AminaAmina-xq4bb Agreed. I’m not even saying he’s lying per se’ maybe just that he doesn’t remember exactly when the gear started relative to the photo shown. Either way dude is a genetic freak and have always loved his honesty.

Hello from Switzerland, I'm not around muscles world but keeping as healthy and feeling good as possible (I'm 55 yrs old). Well , i used to go to the gym from 19 up to 37 and then stop exercising altogether due to an ex girl friends and became a smoker but, before that I had a motorcycle accident and spent 11 months in hospital, then did rehabilitation for a year or so,, hard because my job is PLUMBING AND NOT SITTING on a desk chair all day. Anyway, I simply just want to say that I admire Priest very much with his open personality (I tend to speak up my thoughts but nowadays, people look at ya as if your weird. Best regards to U all!

So, from what I understand, Lee simply pushed hard with the weights consistently and had the right amount of genetics to get to the pros. How's that different from those who the masses swear at natural in the other pro leagues? Also, the fact that he looked like an alien on his first cycle shows he was destined for the pro stage in bodybuilding. A hyper-responder to the gear, which many champion bodybuilders have talked about. You'd think the really prolific champions would be dropping dead from all their alleged gear use yet either they are some kind of supermen or they really didn't take nearly as much as many say. No disrespect to those who have lost their lives, but it's always those in the top ten or even top five who could never win the big one who seem to always die 'due to steroids'.

Genetics make up less than 5% of their overall looks. It's really about the dedication and effort that these guys put in. 99.9% of people won't put in the time like these guys do. It's just like top athletes like Lebron and Brady and MJ. Genetics don't make you successful, your work ethic does.

@@Agnes135 Lmao with that logic, everybody would die off quickly that weren't genetic ''freaks''. You're trying to find a reason why top tier athletes are at their level when it's really all about work ethic. How do you think people become successful owning businesses? Why do highly motivated and dedicated people make a lot of money? Genetics is such a small fraction of one's success. You're making excuses.
@Agnes135
@Agnes135 2 жыл бұрын
@@wombat5252 You literally don't make any sense. Everything about a persons physiology and biology is a biproduct of their genetic makeup. If they didn't have the requisite genetic makeup to have increased work ethic, they wouldn't have good work ethic. Everything in your life is a biproduct of your genetic code.
@wombat5252
@wombat5252 2 жыл бұрын
@@Agnes135 But there are still parameters in which our biology is developed. Obviously genetics plays a role but genetics aren't going to somehow give another human being triple the amount of muscle cells. It just doesn't work like that (medical abnormalities aside). You put in the effort, you stay consistent with a perfect diet and you workout correctly for years and years and you would look like these guys as well. I've done it myself with no enhancements whatsoever.
