Sly Moon is an oldschool Blah cult legend. From original COTD (Children of the Damned) but dropped his debut solo album in 2020. Def check more of his stuff out, dude is dope! Suggest "Sly Moon - Why am I so Sly?".

yo! totally get how you could misshear it, but his reference was "lootpack instrumentals on loop" not 2pac. allthough the "all eyes on me" is surely a 2pac reference! check out Lootpack if you havent! classic hip hop group/project with madlib/lord quas, wild child and DJ Romes. You have indeed heard Sly Moon on a COD track before, it was on Offie but I think you possibly only covered it on one of your live broadcasts? This track is an absolute killer, the album is an instant pre-order on Bandcamp for me. It was nice to see you getting some light relief from it, my brother/father.

I ordered the album on vinyl within minutes of hearing this track! Whole album is amazing, like a tribute to 90s hiphop but still with a modern twist to the whole thing. I'd still say this is the standout track though - definitely the right choice for the lead single.
