That burger had about 40 grams of net carbs about 800 calories.That lasted me until supper. It's within my diet plan. I've lost so far 4 inches of my waist.

I am 81 years old have to do online shopping because our sons never have time to take me shopping, You are a fantastic son. Lee, dont rush a woman shopping! Lol Its a day out, she wants to socialize, see all the new products and take her time. At mid eighties , I'm sure that's quite a toil on her energy those aisles are long. I truly believe they should have benches for people to rest at around the stores. Could even be fold down seats. Tell her to take her time, and call you when she is coming out. I would have got the two pack of steak and frozen one for next time.
